La reazione nella zona di Memphis fu entusiasta e la band continuò ad esibirsi settimanalmente al Louisiana Hayride Radio Show e brani bonus dell'Hayride Radio Show sono stati inclusi in questo LP. Elvis è stata la prima e la più grande star dell'era del Rock 'n' Roll e le sue prime registrazioni manterranno sempre il loro fascino.
