Il DVD contiene lo special "Elvis All-Star Tribute" che la NBC ha voluto dedicare al 50° anniversario del " '68 Comeback Special" di Elvis Presley e che andrà in onda il 17 Febbraio.
Il programma avrà una durata di 2 ore e sarà condotto da Blake Shelton.
Nello special verrà ricreata l'ambientazione del famoso show televisivo e vari artisti si esibiranno sulle note delle canzoni di Elvis Presley. Inoltre è prevista la proiezione di filmati ed interviste a Priscilla Presley ed a Steve Binder. Pezzo forte della serata sarà la presenza di Lisa Marie Presley.
